custom hot tubs with Excellent Production

Our company is equipped with cutting-edge production facilities, specializing in the creation of high-quality whirlpools and pool spas. To meet the increasing demand for customization and efficient production, we have developed one of the world’s longest vacuum ovens, specifically designed for producing 12-meter-long pool spas. In addition, we manufacture:

  • A state-of-the-art 6-meter vacuum oven for standard pool spas
  • Two 3-meter automated vacuum ovens for standard pool spas
  • An intelligent manual vacuum oven for specialized pool spas

To further optimize our production efficiency, we’ve incorporated several advanced pieces of equipment. For instance, four robotic sprayers are used for fiberglass coating, while two robots handle drilling tasks. Additionally, we use an 11-meter, 5-axis CNC machine from CMS in Italy for precise cutting, drilling, and polishing of large pool spas. We also implement EMS, RGV, and AGV transport systems to seamlessly move tubs and pool shells between production stages, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.
